Small to medium production runs with short lead times. We offer CNC milling up to 4-axis and and sheet metal fabrication for aluminum, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper and plastics. Our team will develop CAD/CAM programs from blueprints or samples.

Assembly
& Finishing

We offer assembly services from hardware installation to assembly of sub-components. Romi has partnered with approved external suppliers to provide plating and finishing services including anodize, chemical film, passivization, heat treatment and powder coating.

Armcaps

Both new and repair (FAA repair station) services are offered for armcaps. We have the tooling for key manufacturers including B/E Aerospace, Zodiac, Recaro, Weber, Geven, Brice, Koito, Avio Interiors and Airline Interior. Additionally, we can make new tooling within 48 hours to fit your armcap needs.
